The Board of Directors is composed of representatives of the counties, local agencies and churches of different denominations in our service area. The board representatives from agencies are appointed by their respective agencies. Other representatives are nominated and voted on to serve three year terms. The Board gives oversight to the ministries of the Project and its administration.

The Board meets every other month on the odd numbered months, usually on the second Tuesday of the month.
